I think it's a more realistic portrayal of what actually happens

You've lived on the Westside for many years.
What do you love most about this part of the city?
I love the proximity to the ocean—you can't beat that fresh
ocean air! I also love the accessibility to parks, mountains and
hikes. Being a father, I also appreciate that there are many
options for amazing private and public schools. Overall, I just
love the lifestyle out here.
